Delivery

We offer delivery throughout the in the UK, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands using a next day courier service. At checkout you can select the exact service to suit the recipient or order.

We dispatch Monday to Friday for delivery Tuesday to Saturday.
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver on Sundays, Bank Holidays or the day following a Bank Holiday.

Bespoke Cupcakes and Corporate Orders can delivered free of charge if within 10 miles of SK23 subject to a minimum order, or can be collected.
For orders outside of this area, will can discuss delivery options – please call or email us.

We are also happy to discuss setting up cakes and stands for your event, please ask us about this option.

All cakes leave us in perfect condition in specially designed packaging to keep them safe during transit. In the unlikely and unfortunate event that your order is received damaged, please take a photograph and let us know within 24 hours to enable us to investigate. We will discuss whether refund or replacement is appropriate.

Please be aware that we can not be liable should the Courier not be able to deliver; they will always try to deliver to a neighbour or safe place but occasionally it may be necessary to collect from a local depot or re-deliver the following working day. Please leave a contact number on your order to help the drivers.

Couriers:

We use an overnight courier service – all timescales are however a guide as no Courier Company will offer a Guaranteed Delivery time or date.
You will receive an email notification with tracking details for your order as soon as it is dispatched.
We can not be held responsible for delays outside of our control.  We would recommend ordering a day or two before you need an order delivered – all lour bakes have a shelf life of a week minimum.

Refunds and Returns

Should you place an order and later wish to cancel it, as long as baking has not begun or handmade decorations made, we will be happy to offer you a full refund, or a credit for a future order.
